Copa Fruits is looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member to represent our brand at farmers markets, festivals, and pop-up events across King County!

We specialize in fresh, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, and fruit-based snacks made with high-quality, seasonal ingredients. We’re looking for someone who can bring great energy to our booth and create a memorable experience for every customer.

Hours & Schedule:

25–35 hours per week (based on event schedule and seasonality)

Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)

Additional weekday events and prep shifts as scheduled

What We're lookin for:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Be extroverted/ have a large social battery
• Outgoing, approachable, and sales-oriented personality
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, proactive and a strong team player
• Ability to lift and carry coolers and equipment (up to 50+ lbs)
• Comfortable taking initiative and supporting a team in a lead capacity
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a WA Food Worker Card 
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• This role includes transporting equipment to and from events; candidates must have access to a reliable truck or SUV

What you'll do:

• Provide exceptional, friendly customer service
• Engage with customers and confidently talk about our products
• Handle transactions using Point Of Sales (POS) systems (Square experience is a plus)
• Booth setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Labeling products and tracking inventory
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Represent the Copa Fruits brand with professionalism and positivity

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly pay: $23–$25/hour + tips (based on experience)
