Job Summary:


As a Budtender at NOXX, you'll be the guiding star for our customers, assisting them in selecting the perfect cannabis products. Your responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming customers, addressing operational issues, and sharing your firsthand experiences to ease customer concerns. We're looking for someone with a keen understanding of cannabis strains, their effects, and consumption methods, ensuring customers are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.


Responsibilities:


  • Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and budgets
  • Stay updated on new cannabis products and industry trends
  • Process customer payments
  • Promote NOXX products, coupons, and loyalty programs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Educate customers on the safe use of cannabis products
  • Ensure correct weighing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products
  • Verify customer eligibility for purchase through identification checks
  • Keep inventory stocked and competitive


Requirements:


  • Sound knowledge of cannabis strains, effects, and culture
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in technology and computer skills
  • Stellar analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Background check required


Work Schedule:


  • Full-time: 30-40 hours per week
  • Part-time: 20-32 hours per week
