Job Summary:

Cookies Baltimore is on the lookout for a knowledgeable and experienced Budtender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them select the perfect cannabis products to suit their needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities include warmly greeting customers, promptly addressing any complaints or operational issues to the manager, and leveraging your firsthand experience with cannabis products to resolve customer concerns. You'll play a crucial role in educating customers about the various strains of cannabis, their unique effects, and the best methods of consumption.

The ideal Budtender at Cookies Baltimore is someone with exceptional communication and customer service skills, committed to ensuring that every customer leaves well-informed and satisfied with their purchase.

Responsibilities:

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, and budgets
• Stay updated on new cannabis products and industry trends
• Process customer payments
• Promote NOXX products, coupons, and loyalty programs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Educate customers on the safe use of cannabis products
• Ensure correct weighing, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products
• Verify customer eligibility for purchase through identification checks
• Keep inventory stocked and competitive

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains, effects, and culture
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in technology and computer skills
• Stellar analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Must be 21 years or older
• Background check required

Work Schedule:

• Full-time: 30-40 hours per week
• Part-time: 20-32 hours per week
