We are dedicated to providing nutritious and delicious meals for a group of 30 individuals, focusing on quality, flavor, and dietary needs. Our mission is to create a welcoming dining experience that fosters community and well-being. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Food Services Manager to lead our culinary efforts!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation and service for breakfast and lunch.
  • Plan and prepare balanced, nutritious menus catering to diverse dietary preferences.
  • Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including ServSafe or equivalent standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen management role or similar position.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for healthy foods.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.



Salary

$16.5 - $20 per hour
