Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation and service for breakfast and lunch.
- Plan and prepare balanced, nutritious menus catering to diverse dietary preferences.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high standards of food safety and quality.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including ServSafe or equivalent standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role or similar position.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for healthy foods.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
