Description
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas of the club, including fitness facilities, spa areas, and common areas.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities.
Member Assistance:
- Greet members and guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries or requests.
- Provide towels, water, and other amenities to members as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and availability of locker rooms and showers.
Safety and Security:
- Maintain a safe environment for members and staff by following safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor access to the club and ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
- Report any safety or security concerns to management immediately.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for members.
- Assist in organizing and implementing club events and activities.
