Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Continuum Club with a relentless focus on member experience, operational excellence, and team leadership.

This role is responsible for the full club experience, overseeing Concierge and Porter teams as well as partnering with Human Performance. The GM is ensuring that every moment inside the club reflects our brand: thoughtful, polished, and deeply personal.

The ideal candidate brings luxury hospitality experience, thrives in a high-touch environment, and is an exceptional people leader who builds strong, accountable, and service-driven teams.


Lead the Member Experience

  • Set and uphold the standard for a best-in-class, luxury member experience
  • Be highly visible on the floor - anticipating needs, resolving issues, and creating memorable moments
  • Ensure consistency and personalization across every member touchpoint
  • Partner with Human Performance to ensure a seamless, elevated client journey

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Directly manage and coach Concierge, Membership and Porter leadership
  • Build a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top-tier talent aligned with Continuum standards
  • Lead by example - setting the tone for professionalism, warmth, and excellence

Own Club Operations

  • Oversee daily club operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and readiness at all times
  • Establish and refine processes, SOPs, and service standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Ownership on key initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and HR policies

Drive Business Performance

  • Own club-level performance including membership experience, retention, and revenue opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and drive member engagement
  • Monitor key metrics and hold team accountable to performance standards
  • Balance exceptional service with strong operational discipline

Who You Are

  • Experienced Leader:  5-10+ years in a General Manager or senior leadership role within luxury hospitality, hotels, restaurants, wellness, or private clubs
  • Hospitality-Driven: Deep understanding of high-touch, personalized service environments
  • People-First: Exceptional coach and leader who builds strong, engaged teams
  • Operationally Excellent: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution
  • Calm Under Pressure: Able to navigate a fast-paced environment with professionalism and composure
  • Hands-On: Willing to be on the floor, in the details, and deeply embedded in the day-to-day experience

Salary

$115,000 - $125,000 per year
