Description

Duties

  • Develop, test, and deploy software applications on desktop, web portal, and mobile app browsers.
  • Proficient in several or more programming languages used in the development of apps, such as JavaScript, C#, Python, Razer.
  • Maintain version control using tools like GitHub and Bitbucket to ensure code integrity and facilitate team collaboration
  • Write efficient SQL queries and manage databases using SQL-Transact to connect software apps to data tables
  • Connect APIs to facilitate seamless integration between different systems and platforms
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability on the customer-facing member portal and website using an open-source CMS
  • Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive information


Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related Software Development field
  • Able to communicate and collaborate with team members in a development environment.
  • Familiar with networking environments, user roles, permissions, and security
  • Knowledge of database management systems using SQL-transact statements
  • Understands Agile methodologies to ensure iterative development cycles and continuous improvement
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to design and develop custom business software

Salary

$17 - $19 per hour
