About Contents Cleaning, Inc.

CC Restoration (also known as Cleaning Contents, Inc.) is a Colorado-based restoration company providing emergency mitigation, contents restoration, and specialty cleaning services to residential and commercial clients across the state.
Founded over 15 years ago, CC Restoration began as a one-person contents restoration business with a focus on careful handling, documentation, and restoring what matters most. The company expanded to Colorado in 2012, shortly before the Waldo Canyon Fire, and has since grown to serve communities statewide while remaining committed to quality, accountability, and compassionate service.
Our work often takes place during stressful and uncertain circumstances. Employees are trusted to represent CC Restoration with professionalism, respect, and care for both people and property.

Working at CC Restoration
Working at CC Restoration is dynamic, demanding, and deeply rewarding. No two days are the same. Projects change daily, emergency calls can come in at any time, and teams may be dispatched with little notice to new jobs requiring immediate action.
Employees regularly assist people during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. Whether responding to a late-night water loss, a fire-damaged home, or a sudden contamination event, our teams step in when others need help most.
This environment is similar in many ways to a fire station or emergency response team. Success depends on readiness, trust, communication, and teamwork. Employees must be prepared for on-call responsibilities, last-minute schedule changes, and physically demanding work, while maintaining professionalism and compassion at all times.

Who Thrives Here
CC Restoration is not a routine or predictable workplace, and it is not meant to be. Employees who thrive here are those who embrace variety, responsibility, and teamwork, and who take pride in being dependable when others are under stress.
Individuals who succeed at CC Restoration tend to be:
• Adaptable and flexible, able to shift priorities as new projects and emergency calls arise
• Calm and reliable under pressure, especially during urgent or time-sensitive situations
• Team-oriented, willing to support coworkers and step in when help is needed
• Comfortable with on-call responsibilities, variable schedules, and last-minute dispatches
• Detail-oriented and accountable, particularly when handling documentation, inventory, and client property
• Respectful and compassionate when working with clients experiencing disruption or loss
• Safety-minded and willing to follow training, procedures, and direction
This environment is well-suited for people who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and meaningful service. Those who prefer highly predictable schedules, repetitive tasks, or minimal change may find this work challenging.
For individuals who value teamwork, purpose, and making a real difference, CC Restoration offers a unique opportunity to be part of a trusted emergency-response-style team.
