Support the success of multiple Conscious Capitalism Chapters throughout the United States in a fully remote environment as part of a purpose-driven team.


Position Summary

The Chapter Services Manager is a detail oriented, efficient, and dynamic role that is a key member of the CCI team. Each Chapter Services Manager is responsible for the support of multiple Chapters throughout the United States. The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Community Success.

The Chapter Services Manager will provide communication, administration, marketing, and event support for up to ten (10) U.S.-based Conscious Capitalism, Inc. Chapters, with a focus on: 

  • Chapter Goal Setting and Communication (20%) - Serve as the main point of contact for local Chapter volunteer leadership and be a resource for their needs to ensure annual operational plans are created and impact goals are met in support and furtherance of CCI’s overall organizational purpose. Use knowledge of internal CCI business practices and priorities to proactively respond to questions and requests, keeping CCI’s management informed of critical issues and relevant updates.
  • Chapter Administration (20%) - Work closely with volunteer Chapter and CCI leadership to accurately track and report on budgets, expenses, and revenue streams. Track Chapter fundraising initiatives, ensuring renewals and new funders are invoiced in a timely manner. Onboard new volunteer leadership and funding partners. Support other Advisory Board related activities including managing agendas, meeting minutes, ensuring operational and succession plans are in place. Partner with staff in other CCI departments to coordinate Chapter program activities and to ensure cooperative efforts are enhanced and available resources are utilized.
  • Marketing Coordination (30%) - Ensure the delivery of a monthly newsletter for each supported Chapter, utilizing branded templates. Maintain Chapter mailing lists, ensuring accuracy in Constant Contact and Salesforce. Generate relevant Chapter social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to promote newsletter content and Chapter events. Update Chapter content on the public website.
  • Event Coordination (30%) - Work closely with Chapter leadership to determine the annual calendar of events. Provide coordination support for budgeting, vendor management, team coordination, and registration. Complete follow up tasks such as email summaries and necessary correspondence post-event.

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree will be highly valued, although we also welcome alternative forms of education, experience and training that provide a foundation for this role.
  • Strong customer service and relationship skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Experience with communication systems like Eventbrite and Constant Contact a bonus

As a fully remote team, candidates may be asked to travel domestically to CCI events or team gatherings on a limited basis.

This is a full-time position that supports multiple Chapters, working across different time zones. Some Chapter groups meet outside of standard working hours and Chapter Services Managers will need to work with the Sr. Manager, Community Success to ensure that a CCI representative is in attendance for all required meetings.
