The Role

As a Nurse Practitioner at Connective Wellness LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our patients. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of health conditions, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

What You'll Do

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health needs.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.

- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.

- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.

- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.

- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.

- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in patient care.

What We're Looking For

- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

- Experience in holistic or integrative health practices.

- Certification in a specialty area (e.g., family, pediatrics, geriatrics).

- Bilingual skills are a plus.
