The TMN Analyst and Instructor is a forward-deployed role supporting U.S. partner militaries across the Indo-Pacific region. In this position, you will train, mentor, and advise foreign military intelligence units in all-source analysis, information fusion, and operational decision support. You will help transform how partner forces collect, analyze, and apply intelligence to real-world missions by integrating modern analytic tradecraft, digital tools, and sensor-driven data into their planning and warfighting processes. Role Overview
We are seeking experienced All-Source Intelligence Analysts and DoD intelligence professionals to serve as Intelligence Analyst Trainers supporting a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in the Indo-Pacific region (PACOM).
This role blends instruction, mentorship, and operational advisory work with partner-nation military intelligence units. You will train and embed alongside foreign counterparts to improve how intelligence is collected, fused, analyzed, and applied to mission planning, targeting, and command-and-control (C2) functions.
You will be part of a U.S. advisory team delivering next-generation analytical methods, AI-enabled tools, and digital threat awareness to allied forces operating in high-stakes environments.
This is a forward-leaning, hands-on role for professionals who want to move beyond analysis on paper and directly shape how intelligence drives operations.
