Role Overview

We are seeking experienced All-Source Intelligence Analysts and DoD intelligence professionals to serve as Intelligence Analyst Trainers supporting a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in the Indo-Pacific region (PACOM).

This role blends instruction, mentorship, and operational advisory work with partner-nation military intelligence units. You will train and embed alongside foreign counterparts to improve how intelligence is collected, fused, analyzed, and applied to mission planning, targeting, and command-and-control (C2) functions.

You will be part of a U.S. advisory team delivering next-generation analytical methods, AI-enabled tools, and digital threat awareness to allied forces operating in high-stakes environments.

This is a forward-leaning, hands-on role for professionals who want to move beyond analysis on paper and directly shape how intelligence drives operations.

What You Will Do

You will train, advise, and support partner-nation intelligence units by:

Intelligence & Operational Integration

  • Training analysts in all-source intelligence analysis, fusion, and dissemination
  • Teaching IPB, order of battle analysis, threat assessments, and targeting support
  • Integrating intelligence into mission planning and warfighting functions
  • Developing analytical frameworks that connect ISR, C2, and operations
  • Supporting live operations, exercises, and simulations

Technology-Enabled Analysis

  • Instructing on databases, visualization platforms, and decision-support tools
  • Assisting with data-lake integration, analytics automation, and sensor fusion
  • Designing automated workflows for detecting:
  • Rogue cell towers
  • GNSS anomalies
  • Digital surveillance indicators

Digital Threat & Force Protection

  • Delivering curriculum on Digital Force Protection and Adversary Technology (AdTech) exploitation
  • Training partners to detect, analyze, and report digital and electromagnetic threats
  • Collaborating with technology vendors to optimize edge-sensor performance and interoperability

Training Development

  • Building and refining training programs, scenarios, and exercises
  • Supporting train-the-trainer efforts to establish local, sustainable capability
  • Producing assessments, reports, and recommendations for partner-force development

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a seasoned intelligence professional who understands both the intelligence cycle and how intelligence supports operational decision-making. You are comfortable teaching, mentoring, and embedding with military counterparts in a multinational environment.

You should bring:

  • Background as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst or DoD intelligence professional
  • Experience supporting military operations, targeting, or ISR integration
  • Familiarity with intelligence databases, analytic tools, and visualization platforms
  • The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across cultures
  • Willingness to deploy overseas and travel within the host nation

Why Connectium

At Connectium, you will:

  • Work directly with partner militaries on real operational challenges
  • Apply cutting-edge technology to real-world intelligence problems
  • Be trusted as a subject-matter expert, not just a contractor
  • Join a veteran-led team that values integrity, competence, and mission success

This is not a desk job. It is an opportunity to shape how allied forces see, decide, and act in one of the world’s most strategically important regions.
