Description
Connecting Hearts Home Care, LLC is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to our clients, making a meaningful impact on their lives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor and document client's progress and condition
- Follow care plans and report any changes to the supervisor
**Requirements:**
- Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate and patient attitude
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Must pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
**Salary Range:** $17 to $20 per hour
