What You’ll Own 


You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact far beyond the parts room. 


You’ll take ownership of the purchasing, inventory, and procurement functions that support every department within our operation. 


Some days that means sourcing common service items. 


Other days, it means tracking down a hard-to-find component for a motorhome that’s been out of production for years, working through incomplete information, and finding a solution when nobody hands you the answer. 


You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Procurement and purchasing for RV, collision, fleet, paint, and service operations 
  • Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships 
  • Negotiating pricing, availability, and sourcing solutions 
  • Inventory management, organization, and cycle counting 
  • Receiving, verifying, and processing incoming parts 
  • Tracking backorders and proactively resolving shortages before they impact production 
  • Supporting technicians, advisors, estimators, and management with accurate parts information 
  • Managing warranty parts returns and core returns 
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy while minimizing obsolete stock 
  • Developing and improving purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes 
  • Monitoring purchasing performance, inventory turns, and department metrics 
  • Identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities before they become problems 


This role requires someone equally comfortable solving immediate challenges and building systems that make tomorrow run smoother than today.
