The President embodies the Connected Families Framework, leading from a secure identity in Christ while cultivating a culture of safety, connection, coaching, and growth across the ministry. This leader bridges organizational vision with daily ministry execution in a highly relational, hands-on role that includes both strategic leadership and operational engagement.
This role partners closely with a gifted leadership team to guide the future growth and impact of Connected Families while faithfully representing the organization’s mission, values, and theological commitments. Candidates should demonstrate deep theological alignment and significant leadership experience within mission-driven environments.

Desired Qualifications:
• Deep personal commitment to Jesus Christ and alignment with the mission and values of Connected Families
• 10+ years of executive leadership experience in nonprofit, ministry, education, or related settings
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational growth and developing strong teams
• Exceptional relational communication and public speaking skills
• Strong financial and strategic leadership capabilities
• Ability to lead with discernment, humility, and spiritual maturity
Compensation:
$100,000–$150,000 annual compensation package, depending on qualifications and experience.
Location:
Twin Cities area strongly preferred. Regular in-person leadership presence is expected.
