We are looking for a battle-tested Sales Manager to own our revenue engine. This is not a strategy role. This is an execution role. You will lead a team of sales representatives and closers, own the cash-collected number, and drive every stage of the sales process from first call to membership enrollment. You report directly to the COO. You are a key member of the leadership team. You will be expected to perform from day one.

What You Own

Cash Collected Quota

Monthly and quarterly objectives are measured in dollars in the bank — not contracted revenue. You are accountable for payment plan execution, failed payment follow-up, and collection pacing.

Closer Performance

You set individual targets, review call recordings and AI analyses daily, coach to specific behaviors, and hold closers accountable for consult close rate, membership conversion rate, and average deal size.

Sales Representative Performance

Every set is logged in our CRM with a tag. Every call has a recording. Every outcome has closer notes. You manage sales representative-to-closer routing to maximize revenue per set. Zero tolerance for untracked activity.

Pipeline Integrity

Every consult sold, membership closed, payment collected, and call completed is accurately tagged in our CRM within 24 hours. You are the single point of accountability for CRM data quality.

Post-Consult Conversion

You own the process that moves patients from a completed initial consultation to membership purchase. You track cohort conversion rates by month and follow up with every patient who has completed a consult but has not yet been offered membership.

Call Recording and AI Analysis

100% of sales calls are recorded and AI-analyzed. You personally review a meaningful sample each week and use those insights to coach closers on objection handling, pricing conversations, and membership positioning.


Your Daily Operating Rhythm

Each morning, you review the daily sales activity report. It surfaces the gaps: sets without closer notes, calls without recordings, payments without tags, and consult patients past their conversion window without follow-up. You take corrective action the same day. You post a daily sales summary. You do not manage by exception — you manage by standard.


Accountability Standards

• 100% of Sales Rep sets have closer notes within 24 hours

• 100% of sales calls recorded and AI-analyzed

• 100% of consult and membership purchases tagged in our CRM the same day

• Weekly 1:1 with each closer reviewing call recordings, conversion rates, and pipeline

• Weekly written report to COO: cash collected vs. quota, pipeline health, team performance, and blockers

• Monthly cohort review: consult patients by completion month, conversion status, and next action


Who You Are

You have managed a high-ticket, consultative sales team — and you have the numbers to prove it. You are not a player-coach who carries your own book of business. You drive results through your team.

Healthcare experience is required. You understand how patients make decisions, how to position a premium health solution, and how to operate with sensitivity in a clinical environment. You know the difference between selling a product and guiding a patient toward a life-changing decision.

You are fluent with CRM systems, comfortable with AI sales tools, and analytically minded in how you manage performance. You hold people accountable without being

asked to. You do not accept missing data or missed follow-ups.

Verifiable accomplishments matter here. We will ask for them. Be ready to walk us through your track record — specific teams you built, quotas you hit, and how you did it.


Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000

• Performance Bonus: $25,000–$40,000, tied directly to team cash collected against quota

• Total at-plan compensation: $85,000–$120,000

Exceptional candidates with deep healthcare sales leadership experience and demonstrated proficiency with our tools may be considered for above-range compensation. This is not a commission role. Your bonus is tied to your team's performance — because you succeed when they succeed.
