As a Customer Success Manager, Clinical Finance, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them get the most out of Condor’s platform and guiding them through complex financial processes related to their clinical trials. You’ll lead onboarding and implementation, support Accounting close processes, and play an active role in FP&A workflows such as patient forecasting, scenario modeling, and budget vs. actuals. You’ll help finance teams navigate both day-to-day operations and high-level planning — while ensuring their experience with Condor is seamless, valuable, and impactful. This is a cross-functional, high-impact role ideal for someone who understands clinical trial finance inside and out, and who brings a background in biotech, CROs, or audit/public accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of the Condor platform for new clinical trials and biotech customers
  • Own your clients’ month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including trial accruals, journal entry reviews, and reconciliations
  • Support client FP&A activities, including patient forecasts, scenario modeling, budget vs. actuals analysis, and dynamic reforecasting
  • Analyze and validate trial assumptions, vendor contracts, and budgets to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
  • Partner directly with client teams to resolve accounting and forecasting issues, optimize workflows, and support financial decision-making
  • Provide proactive guidance during planning cycles such as budget season and reforecast periods
  • Manage platform updates and enhancements for existing customers, ensuring adoption and value realization
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights with product, implementation, and leadership
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to improve onboarding, financial workflows, and client outcomes


What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical finance or accounting, ideally within a biotech company or CRO, or with biotech/life sciences clients
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, vendor budgets, and R&D finance workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with complex financial models
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-accountability environment


Preferred

  • Audit or public accounting background, especially with life sciences clients
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in a client-facing, consulting, or customer success role
  • Familiarity with financial systems implementation or SaaS tools
