Description

Position Overview:

 

Provides oversight of the behavioral health facility.

 

General Description of Duties:

     Act as the Front of House during operational hours.

     Always access to the facility.

     Responsible for patients to assist in health, safety, and welfare.

     Responsible for maintaining hard copy files, while being overseen by administrator.

     Responsible for meeting staff member requirements.

     Assist with HR duties as assigned by administrator.

     Must complete monthly reports as assigned by administrator.

     Assists with investigations into rights violations, complaints, or grievances as assigned by administrator.

     Maintains confidentiality.

     Adhere to professional standards.

     Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of facility.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

To qualify for the Administrator position, the candidate must:

     Be at least 21 years of age.

     Have a minimum of a high-school diploma.

     Pass a background check.

     Provide proof of freedom from pulmonary tuberculosis. If necessary.

     Obtain and maintain current training for CPR and First Aid.

     Be able to demonstrate skills and knowledge listed in the job description.

     Able to deliver timely and quality work. Able to follow up and complete tasks.

     Exercises effective communication, including listening skills.

     Exercises good judgment, ethics and skill to gather information or speak for an individual. 

     Able to resolve conflict and build relationships.

     Uses critical thinking skills, mindfulness and awareness.

     Ability to identify, report, describe.

     Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

     Candidate should align with the agency mission and philosophy.  Must have a desire to enhance skills and be dedicated to serving the patients to the best of his/her ability. 

     Have basic computer skills and be able to navigate through electronic record keeping.

     Bi-lingual English-Spanish a plus.

Salary

$15.75 - $17 per hour
