Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our healthcare team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with JCAHO standards, and managing the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare management, and the ability to effectively manage staff and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with best practices in healthcare management.
  • Ensure adherence to JCAHO standards and facilitate accreditation processes.
  • Manage clinical staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care services and improve overall healthcare delivery.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives as necessary.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administration to address concerns and promote a positive work environment.

Experience

  • Proven experience in clinical management within a healthcare setting is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of JCAHO standards and medical management practices.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing diverse healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
  • A degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
