Description
Duties:
- Basic hygiene, following diet plans and meal prep, transportation to errand and doctor appointments
- Ambulation/mobility assist including transferring, exercise and other activities
- Housekeeping: laundry, keeping client's area clean and organized
- Shift notes required at the end of each day worked
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Report to Care Coordinator any changes in client's condition or schedule
- Complete all required training
Salary
$18 - $20 per hour
