Job Title and Description
In this Certified Nursing Assistant role, your core responsibilities include:
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Personal Care & Daily Living
· Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
· Support mobility using durable medical equipment (DME)
Clinical Support
· Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
· Chart resident clinical data, meal consumption, and activities to support resident care and engagement.
· Observe and report changes in behavior, appetite, sleep, or condition to Nurse(s)
Home & Environment
· Maintain a clean, safe, and upscale home environment
· Prepare and serve meals following nutritional standards and planned menus
· Provide laundry and housekeeping services to residents
Communication & Documentation
· Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and vendors
Activities & Engagement
· Lead and participate in daily and weekly activities per the Monthly Activity Calendar
· Assist with seasonal decorating and create joyful experiences around food and events
$20 - $23 per hour
