Overview
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate CNA/HHA in the Suncoast & Central Regions to provide Personal Supports and Life Skills Development (Companion) services for adults with developmental disabilities. This role focuses on promoting independence, safety, and meaningful daily engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living skills, hygiene reminders, meal prep, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship, supervision, and positive social interaction
- Support community activities, appointments, and safe outings
- Encourage independence with communication, routines, and personal goals
- Document services accurately per client care plan goals
- Follow client support plans and maintain a safe environment

Requirements
- CNA or HHA certification
- Experience with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Valid Florida driver’s license & reliable transportation
