Compass Surgical Partners is seeking an exceptional Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and transform our recruitment efforts as we continue to grow. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role plays a pivotal part in elevating our talent acquisition strategy to secure top-tier talent, positioning our company as an employer of choice in the healthcare industry.


This is a remote position that offers the strategic opportunity to drive talent acquisition across our expanding ambulatory surgery center network. The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing comprehensive recruitment strategies, building robust candidate pipelines, and implementing innovative approaches to attract A-player talent. 


The Director of TA manages the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles and will maintain ownership of an active requisition load, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive strategic talent acquisition to attract top-tier candidates, build diverse pipelines, and streamline recruitment processes to reduce time-to-fill.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice, increase visibility, and engage with key industry groups.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform workforce planning, support strategic HR initiatives, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Implement and promote new talent acquisition technologies while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of recruitment methodologies.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and enhance recruitment capabilities across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable recruiting results
  • Experience recruiting across a range of roles and multiple states
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage recruitment metrics
  • Familiarity with ATS implementation, workforce analytics, and employer branding initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration abilities, ideally in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred

Salary

$120,000 - $135,000 per year
