Compass Surgical Partners is seeking a Business Development Executive to add to our growing team. The Business Development Executive is responsible for leading new business opportunities end to end, from origination to closure. We are seeking candidates who want to partner with our industry clients (surgeons and healthcare executives) by establishing trust, conducting negotiations, coordinating M&A as well as financing support and real estate development. Additionally, we are seeking candidates who have experience in the end to end process and have successfully closed complex deals. 


Qualifications: 

  • Experience in managing and closing complex deals END TO END in the healthcare provider space REQUIRED: 
  • Specifically, candidates will have either managed and closed deals specific to the ambulatory surgical center space OR managed a complex, multi-provider deal through the entire process to close. 
  • End to end deal is defined by: prospecting deals, managing LOI, ProForma, Term Sheets, Syndication, Lease or real estate dealings, closing the deal. 
  • Deep knowledge of the financials surrounding healthcare deals 
  • Background in investment banking or consulting or private equity 
  • Must have understanding of finance, real estate, and be able to navigate complex contracts 
  • Possess natural curiosity, ability to partner and ask the right questions that lead to relationships 
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time, works remotely in home office if not traveling

Salary

$140,000 - $210,000 per year
