Compass Counseling and Associates, a well-established private practice with multiple locations, is excited to welcome motivated clinicians to our expanding team, offering opportunities to provide 10-30 clinical hours per week to individuals, couples, and families of all ages.

We offer a clean, cozy office space, a user-friendly system for scheduling and notes, and a late cancellation policy so you’re compensated for last-minute no-shows. 

Evening weekday availability is needed to build a caseload, but weekend hours are optional. We are credentialed with most major insurance panels and provide a steady stream of referrals.

Therapists of all backgrounds, especially those experienced with children and adolescents, are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher with clinical counseling training
• Experience with clinical documentation 
• Ability to work with a diverse population
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
• Interest in working with children and adolescents is a plus
