Compass Center, Inc. is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy agency founded by parents of a special needs and medically complex child. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and provide exceptional services to our clients. Our team values compassion, expertise, and a supportive environment to ensure the best care for our clients.

We are currently hiring BCBA Therapists to join our team in the San Mateo region. The pay is DOE up to $60 per billable hour, with additional benefits such as paid drive time, mileage, 401K, and more for eligible candidates.

Requirements:

- Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field

- BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board

- Proven experience in behavior analysis and intervention techniques

- Ability to design and supervise ABA programs for clients

- Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and professional conduct in behavior analysis

- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and team members

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Candidates within a 30-mile radius are preferred. Compensation for commuting between clients or from the office will be provided. The prime time hours are typically Monday through Friday between 12 pm to 7 pm, with flexibility required. Late afternoon availability is a plus.
