**Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Location: Bloomington, MN**
**Salary Range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour**

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities or special needs to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. You will work directly with clients in their homes or in community settings, providing personal care, assistance with daily activities, and emotional support.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Help clients with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks
- Engage clients in activities that promote socialization and community integration
- Document client progress and report any concerns to the care team
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
