The Operations, Client Relations & Marketing Manager is a DHS-aligned leadership role responsible for overseeing operational compliance, client experience, and growth initiatives at Community-Connect Home Care LLC. This position ensures adherence to Minnesota DHS Home Care regulations, supports quality service delivery, and strengthens community partnerships while driving sustainable business growth. Primary Responsibilities. - Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS Home Care Bill of Rights, policies, and documentation standards - Oversee client intake, service agreements, care coordination, and ongoing service monitoring - Maintain accurate client records, service plans, communication logs, and incident reporting - Support DHS audits, licensing reviews, and corrective action plans - Lead quality assurance initiatives, including monitoring visit notes and supervisory documentation - Oversee operations, staffing coordination, and interdepartmental workflows - Manage client relations, escalations, and retention strategies - Lead marketing, outreach, and referral development efforts

  • Position Overview/Position Summary: 
  • Operations, Client Relations and Marketing Coordinator will focus on building public relations in conjunction to an internal operations standard of the company — engaging with prospective clients, managing marketing initiatives, handling/directing client intake, and supporting key administrative functions. You will play a hands-on role in growing our client base, strengthening our brand, and building internal operations. This role will activate growth and maintain optimal company census. 

Note that this position is a DHS-aligned leadership role responsible for overseeing operational compliance, client experience, and growth initiatives at Community-Connect Home Care LLC. This position ensures adherence to Minnesota DHS Home Care regulations, supports quality service delivery, and strengthens community partnerships while driving sustainable business growth, fostering cross departmental collaboration and monitoring to avoid loopholes in the operations mechanism of the company. Other departments include compliance, accounting/payroll, nursing/clinical service, business development, social services, and Human Resources. 


This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, organized, and excited to help a startup company thrive. Bonuses will be provided based on company performance and individual contributions. Calculation of bonuses will be guided by clear measurable metrics clearly stated in Addendum B. 


This position requires the incumbent to have: 

  • Passion for the type of service offered by the company and shares in the company’s mission and vision. Be ready to participate in the frontline as a caregiver if needed without any prejudice or complex. 
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and statues that pertain to home care services per the DHS and MDH. 
  • Good knowledge of labor laws 
  • Expertise in working with senior client populations and persons with disabilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal: to be able to read aloud, speak in front of groups and formulate ideas on paper. 
  • An ability to express eloquently, confidently, to deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to highlight the company's capabilities and value proposition. 
  • Ability to create collaboration within the company and in building public relationships. Ability to document and keep records of business activities for future use. 
  • Organizational skills. 
  • Possess leadership/supervisory skills. 
  • A good knowledge of software use and online communication skills to be able to explore the technological tools provided by the company to drive operations. 

 


Tasks/ Primary Responsibilities.: 


  • Manage Talent acquisition/interview and complete onboarding cycle.  
  • Manage Orientation, training, and ongoing training of caregivers in collaboration with HR and RN.  
  • Management of staff online training on Educare.  
  • Manage reviews and client satisfaction/complaints in collaboration with HR. 
  • Manage Quality assurance meetings/plan.  
  • Creating performance plans, setting goals, and conducting appraisals. Improving morale, reducing turnover, and resolving conflicts.  
  • Participate in managing Staff benefit (health insurance, 401k, life insurance, FMLA etc.) 
  • Continuously monitor and ensure prompt response to clients and case managers/care coordinators. 
  • Contact client sources to place advertisements and seek opportunities. 
  • Monitor and maintain ongoing knowledge and understanding of the internal and external markers affecting the census. Work with executives to create systems to facilitate operations and drive growth. 
  • Continuously maintain positive connections and relationships with neighborhood agencies, organizations, and individuals to ensure optimal marketability. 
  • Meet with and provide information to perspective clients. Follows through admission process with clients and assists them during transition period. 
  • Keep accurate marketing records and turn in information to the CEO monthly. 
  • Supervise scheduling of visits and monitor EVV compliance in collaboration with scheduler and the compliance personnel. Make sure we have a complete schedule for the next 2 weeks. 
  • Assist with other duties as assigned. 
  •  Ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS Home Care Bill of Rights, policies, and documentation standards. 
  •  Oversee client intake, service agreements, care coordination, and ongoing service monitoring. 
  • Maintain accurate client records, service plans, communication logs, and incident reporting.

Education/Qualifications.  

  • Bachelor's Degree is required, or 3+ years of experience in related field.  
  • Master’s Degree is preferred but not required 


Salary

$28 - $31.25 per hour
