**Salary Range:** $18 to $22 per hour
**Job Overview:**
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Community-Connect Home Care LLC, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality and compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication administration
- Monitoring clients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns to the appropriate supervisor
**Requirements:**
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Current CPR certification
- Previous experience in a home care or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
