Description

As a Junior Designer, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and the broader creative team to execute projects that are both visually compelling and strategically aligned with client goals. This role is an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment while contributing to work that elevates brands and drives results.


You’ll be an integral part of the design process—translating ideas into polished deliverables, refining concepts, and ensuring every project reflects a high standard of quality and creativity. Your contributions will help shape campaigns that stand out in competitive markets.


What You’ll Do

Design Execution & Collaboration

  • Assist Senior Designers in executing projects across digital, print, and multimedia platforms, ensuring creative excellence at every stage.
  • Develop high-quality visual assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines while elevating the overall brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and refine design concepts, contributing innovative ideas that push boundaries.
  • Set visual tone and style for campaigns using a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, and composition.

Brand Consistency & Quality

  • Maintain and enhance the look and feel of established brands across all media, ensuring consistency and craftsmanship in all deliverables.
  • Review designs for errors and ensure that final files meet technical specifications for printing or publishing.
  • Apply feedback from Creative Directors, account teams, and clients to refine and improve visual solutions.

Project Management & Execution

  • Complete assignments using industry-standard software, staying organized and on schedule across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, photographers, and developers, to deliver cohesive campaigns that meet communication objectives.
  • Take ownership of specific tasks within larger campaigns, ensuring work aligns with strategic goals and is delivered on time and on budget.

Growth & Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh perspectives and innovation to the creative process.
  • Learn and apply new design software as needed, continuously expanding your technical skillset.
  • Offer input during creative meetings, sharing ideas and building on concepts to contribute to the team’s collective success.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in a design role (agency, freelance, or internship), with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with bonus points for skills in motion graphics or 3D design.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently manage your workload.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and respond to feedback constructively.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A passion for growth, with a desire to learn from Senior Designers and take on increasing responsibility.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on delivering exceptional results.

Bonus Points If You...

  • Have experience working on wellness, health, or lifestyle brands.
  • Can handle basic motion graphics or animation tasks.
  • Are comfortable using project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello to stay organized.
  • Are excited to contribute to creative meetings, presenting ideas with confidence and rationale.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time position and employees must be available to work during standard business hours (MST), Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel will be required for this role, applicable to client needs.
  • While this position is considered remote-first, we are only accepting Denver area-based candidates to welcome and encourage in-person collaboration.

Compensation: 

$70,000 - $80,000  annual salary dependent on experience. Benefits include no pre-set limits on paid time off, paid parental leave, a 3% Safe Harbor 401 (k) contribution, monthly Health & Happiness stipends, annual Work-From-Home reimbursement, and more.
