Common Good is looking for service stars with retail/restaurant experience who are available for early morning shifts, weekend shifts, evening shifts & some holidays. You will enjoy a positive work environment, living wages (plus tips!), potential for advancement & full benefits!

What you will do:

We are looking for service stars who will give world class service to our customers and...

• Make excellent espresso drinks.
• Accurately fill customer orders.
• Be an approachable & dependable resource for customers & teammates alike.
• Proactively share product knowledge & brand enthusiasm, increasing sales & fostering customer loyalty.
• Jump in as needed & help the bakery & kitchen teams.
