Join our team of dedicated bakers and pastry chefs at Common Good Bakery! We are currently looking for an experienced Bread Baker to help us create our delicious sourdough and poolish-based breads, as well as our delicious pastries and desserts.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a bread baker.

- Culinary or baking degree preferred but not required.

- Must be available to work early morning "baker's hours", starting at 3am.

- Ability to work weekends and holidays.

- Willingness to learn and master various baking techniques.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace with accurate record-keeping.

- Support and assist fellow team members as needed.

- Willingness to cross-train in different bakery tasks.

- Obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.
