Common Good Account Supervisor Remote · Full time

We’re looking for an Account Supervisor who can confidently lead client relationships, manage integrated marketing projects from pitch to performance, and bring strategic thinking to every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional internal teams (strategy, creative, media, and production) to deliver impactful campaigns that drive results—especially in the health and wellness space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, brings clarity to ambiguity, and knows how to keep both clients and creatives inspired and on track.

Description

What You'll Do

Client Leadership & Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of 2–4 client accounts, cultivating strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and results.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence, bringing strategic recommendations and creative rationale to the table.
  • Translate client goals into actionable plans, ensuring expectations are clearly defined, communicated, and met (or exceeded).

Project Management & Execution

  • Own day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
  • Build and manage scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Create detailed creative briefs and collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and media teams to deliver work that aligns with both brand vision and business objectives.

Strategic Thinking & Media Oversight

  • Apply a performance lens to all work, particularly in paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), evaluating results and optimizing toward KPIs like CPA, ROI, and CTR.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and wellness culture to proactively surface opportunities for client growth.
  • Partner with media leads to interpret data and translate performance into actionable client insights.

Internal Collaboration & Agency Operations

  • Champion operational excellence—leveraging tools like Hive to track progress, identify blockers, and ensure flawless execution.
  • Work in lockstep with Client Directors to support account strategy while maintaining project-level autonomy.
  • Help manage vendors and partners, from sourcing estimates to tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment with agency standards.
  • Provide light administrative support where needed (e.g., meeting notes, proofing, routing), especially to keep larger initiatives moving forward.

What You Bring

  • 6-8 years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment, with at least 3+ years in an account management role.
  • Proven success managing integrated marketing projects and client relationships in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta), and familiarity with analytics platforms and performance marketing metrics.
  • Passion for wellness, sustainability, and health-forward brands; you’re dialed into emerging trends in this space.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you can distill complexity and communicate with clarity.
  • A proactive mindset and solutions-first approach to challenges; you anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • High emotional intelligence—you read the room, manage feedback gracefully, and maintain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you keep timelines tight and budgets accurate.
  • Comfort wearing multiple hats: from strategic partner to project manager to administrative support when needed.
  • Desire for growth—you're hungry to level up and take on more ownership over time.

Bonus Points If You...

  • Have experience working with DTC or digitally native brands.
  • Have used project management platforms like Hive, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Know how to speak “creative” and “media” fluently—and act as a translator across disciplines.
