As an Assistant Store Manager at Jeannie’s, you’ll be a leader in our business, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll help maintain the legacy of quality, care, and community that Jeannie’s is known for while motivating and guiding our team to deliver outstanding service and achieve store goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead and inspire the store team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Support hiring, training, and coaching associates to develop a high-performing and engaged team.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock levels to ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, offering personalized assistance and fostering loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on sales strategies, promotions, and community initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving revenue and profitability goals.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
