Vaccine Clinic administrative team members are responsible primarily for patient check-in, registration, and documentation. Team members may also help with Supply/Logistics. Success is measured as a team by ensuring patients are vaccinated safely, ensuring proper policies and procedures are followed, maintaining positive relationships with patients and local government, prompt and accurate vaccine data entry, and patient satisfaction with the customer service they received.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES PAID OVERNIGHT TRAVEL THROUGHOUT COLORADO, some working outside, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

This role requires experience entering patient care information into electronic health/medical records, passing a background check, speaking fluent Spanish and English, and friendly and respectful behavior.

We operate mobile vaccination clinics. Safe and effective vaccination and testing clinics are essential in controlling the spread of communicable diseases.
