Job Title: Quality Assurance BCBA (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (2 Days In-Center / Remote Flexibility)

Job Summary

Colorful Minds ABA is seeking a detail-oriented and clinically strong Quality Assurance BCBA to support excellence in service delivery, documentation compliance, and clinical consistency across our ABA programs. This hybrid role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys auditing systems, coaching clinicians, improving outcomes, and ensuring high-quality care.

This position will work 2 days per week in-center with remaining time remote based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, supervision documentation, and session notes
  • Audit clinical documentation for payer, Medicaid, and company compliance standards
  • Monitor authorizations, service utilization, and timely progress updates
  • Partner with Clinical Leadership to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Provide coaching and feedback to BCBAs, Program Supervisors, and RBT staff
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training related to documentation standards and best practices
  • Assist with internal policy development, SOPs, and clinical workflows
  • Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained in accordance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines
  • Participate in case reviews and quality improvement meetings

Qualifications

  • Active Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certification as a BCBA
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years BCBA experience preferred
  • Experience with audits, documentation review, or quality assurance strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of insurance, Medicaid, and clinical compliance standards
  • Experience with Rethink or similar ABA platforms preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
