We are seeking a Lead Water Resources Engineer with extensive experience in projects such as groundwater engineering, water resources engineering, water treatment, and/or wastewater. The appropriately qualified applicant will have a significant role in the design and construction administration of a variety of projects. The selected candidate will be expected to effectively engage clients, lead multi-discipline teams, and develop junior staff. The selected candidate will also be responsible for working together with other senior members of our team to seek new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering 
  • Minimum 15 years of experience
  • PE license
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Team leadership skills and demonstrated task management skills
  • Strong aptitude to create accurate project budgets and manage projects to those budgets 
  • Experience coordinating with clients, sub-consultants. agencies , and members of the public

Salary

$140,000 - $180,000 per year
