Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives and drive profitability.

- Oversee the P&L of the unit, making data-driven decisions to enhance financial performance.
- Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive leadership, preferably managing complex business units.
- Proven track record in managing teams and delivering substantial business results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.

Compensation:
