Role Overview:

As an Executive Leader at Coinbound, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of one of our business units. This role demands a proactive approach to leadership, a keen understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to drive profitability and growth.

This is a general application for qualified executives. Matching to a business unit will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives and drive profitability.
• Lead and manage team performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the P&L of the unit, making data-driven decisions to enhance financial performance.
• Collaborate with other executives and stakeholders to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage digital marketing tools and techniques to maintain competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive leadership, preferably managing complex business units.
• Proven track record in managing teams and delivering substantial business results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Compensation:

• Compensation for this role will be highly competitive and largely tied to the profitability and success of the business unit you manage.
