The Role

We’re seeking a talented Web3 Brand Designer to join our creative team, working closely with our Senior Creative Director. This is a dynamic, mid-level position for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand identity and web design. You’ll bring Web3 brands to life through compelling visuals and user-centric digital experiences, contributing to projects that shape the future of blockchain technology.

What You’ll Do

• Design bold brand identities, including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual guidelines, that resonate with Web3 audiences.
• Create and maintain responsive, engaging websites for clients, ensuring seamless alignment with their brand vision.
• Develop UI/UX designs for web applications, dApps, and NFT marketplaces that simplify complex blockchain interactions.
• Produce eye-catching social media graphics, pitch decks, and marketing assets tailored for platforms like Twitter (X), Telegram, and Discord.
• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director and clients to translate ideas into impactful designs, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Stay ahead of design trends and Web3 innovations to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in branding and web design, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong grasp of branding principles, web design best practices, and responsive UI/UX.
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto industries—a passion for decentralized tech is a plus!
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience preferred.
