Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time & Part-Time

About the Role

Radical Minds is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals who want to build a meaningful career helping children with autism.

We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our clinic-based programs throughout the Omaha area.

Full-Time

• Hourly position
• Typically 30–40 hours per week
• Greater schedule consistency and stability

Part-Time

• Typically 20–30 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling
• Additional hours may be available depending on clinic needs

As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Whether you are already certified or beginning your ABA career, you’ll receive ongoing mentorship, clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• RBT certification is welcomed but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to engage in light to moderate physical activity throughout the workday.
