*Duties and Responsibilities:*

- Originate and close loans for clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

- Review and analyze financial data, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine loan eligibility

- Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to facilitate loan processing and closing

- Stay compliant with industry regulations, including those related to lending practices and consumer protection

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, finance, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in originating and closing loans

- Strong knowledge of lending products, regulations, and industry trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time management skills

*Desired Skills:*

- Commercial loan experience (e.g., SBA, hard money, or conventional loans)

- Strong network of referral sources and partners

- Experience with loan origination software and technology

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
