As an Administrative Assistant with CofferHub Finance, you will provide critical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, and relay messages to team members
- Respond to client inquiries and provide support with professionalism
- *Data Management:*
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data security and confidentiality
- Assist with data entry and organization of important documents

- Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and handle expenses
- Assist with general office tasks and support team members as needed
