About Coastline Creatives

Coastline Creatives is a boutique talent management agency representing leading digital-first sports, digital, and culinary creators. We design tailored strategies that merge creative vision with business opportunity, positioning our clients not just to succeed, but to lead. From brand development and strategic partnerships to media expansion and long-term legacy plays, we deliver the infrastructure and connections of a major agency paired with the focus and care of a boutique. At every stage, we move with intention, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to impact.

The Role

The Creator Success Manager owns the full arc of the creator experience at Coastline, from the moment new talent joins the roster through every touchpoint that keeps them engaged, supported, and growing. This is a role at the center of the agency, where instinct meets infrastructure, and where the work of building careers translates into the day-to-day care of building relationships.

The foundation for this role exists. We are looking for someone with the judgment to pick it up, the discipline to run with it, and the imagination to make it better. You will inherit a framework and be expected to stress-test it, refine it, and grow it into something more.

This role sits at the intersection of talent, operations, and storytelling. You will listen carefully to what creators need, identify the right internal resource to deliver it, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. The work requires equal parts process and intuition: the ability to follow established systems and the discernment to know when something needs to be escalated, celebrated, or quietly resolved before it becomes a problem.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer success, community management, or creator relations, particularly in an agency, media, or creator economy environment, who is ready to take full ownership of a function and shape it for the next chapter.

Our Promise to the Creators You Will Champion

  1. Clear, proactive communication at every stage, from kickoff and contract through campaign delivery, content performance, and milestone moments.
  2. Strategies and ideas that align with each creator's career goals, balancing artistry with measurable growth.
  3. On-time, organized delivery on every commitment we make to talent and to brands. Every deadline met, every detail managed.
  4. Recognition and care that feels personal, not transactional. Creators on our roster know they are seen.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Education

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for every new creator joining the Coastline roster, from first introduction through full activation.
  • Schedule and lead strategy and kickoff calls with new talent, ensuring a smooth, considered, and welcoming transition into the agency.
  • Track completion of intake questionnaires and follow up with intention to ensure all relevant information is collected before media kit development and platform setup begin.
  • Oversee platform setup across affiliate platforms (ShopMy, Amazon Storefront, LTK) and performance reporting dashboards, serving as the internal subject matter expert on how each platform works, what is required, and how to position creators for early traction.
  • Check in regularly with newly onboarded creators to ensure they feel confident, equipped, and set up for success.
  • Maintain the creator welcome packet and internal onboarding SOPs, identifying and implementing improvements over time.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing education programming, including Lunch and Learns, resource guides, and platform tutorials, that keeps the full roster informed and growing.

Creator Relationships & Recognition

  • Serve as the connector between our talent and the broader Coastline team. Listen, identify the right internal lead, and follow up until resolved.
  • Maintain a Milestone Tracker and apply genuine discernment about which moments warrant recognition and what form that recognition should take, whether a handwritten note, a thoughtful gift, or a private acknowledgment.
  • Partner with Talent Managers to match recognition moments to each creator's personality, career stage, and relationship with the agency.
  • Run quarterly creator check-ins or pulse surveys to gather feedback and surface early signs of friction or disengagement.
  • Act as an early signal for the broader team. Flag when a creator seems disengaged, when a pattern is emerging across the roster, or when a need is not being met, before it becomes a larger issue.
  • Share creator experience insights with the internal team each quarter through individual and aggregate summary reports.

Content & Visibility

  • Support informed storytelling on Coastline's social channels in close collaboration with leadership and publishing teams.
  • Identify monthly highlights & creator wins to share to Coastline's public facing channels, including behind-the-scenes coverage, creator spotlights, and event recaps.
  • Lead the creator-facing experience design for agency events, from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Capture and document what makes the Coastline creator experience distinct. Photos, quotes, and reflections worth sharing.

Creator Houses

  • Serve as the primary owner of creator house planning and execution, coordinating all moving parts from concept through wrap.
  • Work with the CEO, and relevant talent management teams, to identify and evaluate locations that fit the creative and logistical needs of each house (typically once per year).
  • Lead location procurement, including vendor coordination, contracts, and all pre-arrival logistics.
  • Build and manage the full house schedule, including brand activations, content moments, and creator programming.
  • Coordinate product shipping and receiving so every sponsor and brand deliverable arrives on time, accounted for, and ready.
  • Partner with Talent Managers to understand sponsor briefs and ensure participating creators are aligned, briefed, and equipped to deliver.
  • Provide on-site support throughout the duration of each creator house, serving as the operational lead for day-to-day logistics and creator needs.

Systems & Reporting

  • Assess the existing framework and identify opportunities to improve, scale, or build on what is already in place.
  • Build and maintain SOPs and playbooks for recurring functions, so processes are documented, repeatable, and transferable.
  • Track KPIs including onboarding completion speed, platform adoption, and recognition coverage.
  • Deliver a monthly Creator Experience Report highlighting what is working, what is not, and where we can sharpen.
  • Maintain a shared internal tracker for creator goals, pain points, brand preferences, and notable feedback.

Who You Are

  • Two to four years of experience in customer success, creator relations, community management, or a similar relationship-led role.
  • A proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take initiative without prompting.
  • Strong written communication and a natural ability to build trust across a range of personalities.
  • Sound judgment. You know when to solve something yourself, when to loop in a teammate, and when to bring options rather than answers.
  • Equal parts executor and strategist. Comfortable doing the day-to-day work while thinking critically about how to scale the function over time.
  • Experience planning and executing events or experiential programming, including on-site logistics management.
  • Experience building or improving processes and documenting them for others to follow.
  • Comfortable with CRM and project management tools. We use HubSpot and Trello; experience with either is a plus.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, or Beacons is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and AI tools like Claude, Wispr Flow, ChatGPT, Fireflies, and Granola.
  • Prior experience in an agency, media company, or creator economy setting preferred, not required.

What Success Looks Like

  • Creators feel supported, seen, and proud to be part of Coastline Creatives.
  • Onboarding is consistent, documented, and completed quickly for every new creator.
  • Milestone moments are not missed, and when they are recognized, the recognition feels personal.
  • Talent Managers trust you to surface needs early and bring solutions, not just problems.
  • The team is never caught off guard by creator dissatisfaction because you saw it coming.
  • You have not only maintained the framework you inherited but improved and expanded it.
  • Creator houses run smoothly, on schedule, and leave creators and sponsors with a great experience.
  • Creator storytelling is alive across social and behind the scenes, fostering community amongst our roster.
  • The systems you build outlast any single task or moment.

Becoming part of the team at Coastline Creatives means more than stepping into a role. It means joining a collective that values your voice, your growth, and your future, alongside a team committed to building careers, brands, and a creator economy that lasts.
