Talent Acquisition & Creator Onboarding Specialist
Remote, Eastern US hours preferred | Full-time
ABOUT COASTLINE CREATIVES
Coastline Creatives is a full-service talent management agency representing sports, digital, and culinary clients. We architect career-defining partnerships for exceptional talent and deliver campaigns that move the needle for the world's most discerning brands. Our roster stays small on purpose: fewer partnerships, deeper relationships, and a level of care that doesn't come from a playbook.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We're hiring a Creator Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to build and scale Coastline's roster. This is a hybrid business development and operational role focused on sourcing high-quality creators, facilitating their entry into the agency, and ensuring their first 90 days set them up for success.
You'll own the full acquisition journey from identifying the right prospects through outreach, vetting, and CEO handoff, into onboarding and a successful kick-off to the partnership. This isn't just sourcing, you are shepherding each creator from first interest through their opening quarter as Coastline talent, safeguarding fit and quality at every step.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Prospecting
- Identify and evaluate prospective creators across sports, culinary and lifestyle verticals, building a pipeline that reflects Coastline's standard for quality and fit
- Source talent whose audience, aesthetic, and output meet agency benchmarks, with a sharp eye for creators operating at a premium tier
- Assess brand fit, partnership history, and commercial trajectory to gauge long-term management potential
- Build a complete picture of each creator across social channels, affiliate platforms, owned platforms, and product lines
Outreach & Positioning
- Define sourcing criteria, including the verticals, sub-niches, and creator profiles worth pursuing, and refine that thesis as the market and our roster evolve
- Map where the right creators live, platforms and communities they're active in, industry & content vertical events worth attending
- Shape Coastline's positioning around access to brands creators can't reach alone, partnerships built around their individuality, and genuine career development tailored to each person
- Anticipate each creator's ambitions, earnings expectations, and management needs before outreach, so every approach lands as considered rather than cold
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot, capturing the reasoning behind every yes and no so the strategy continues to refine over time
Onboarding & First 90 Days
- Orchestrate the kickoff with our CEO and Talent Manager, capturing each creator's goals and preferences early
- Set new talent up across the platforms that power their business (ShopMy, LTK, Beacons), making the technical integrations feel effortless
- Initiate key strategic outputs on behalf of creators to ensure that their introduction with the agency goes beyond partnership management
- Champion the first 90 days as the agency's welcome voice, staying close to new talent and flagging concerns to leadership early
- Assess fit and potential, then recommend whether to retain and which Talent Manager takes them, or facilitate a gracious exit
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with the CEO: syncing on pipeline and opportunities, align sourcing to their vision for the roster, and refine your approach as deals get closed
- Partner with Talent Managers as your internal stakeholders, briefing them on incoming talent, learn their preferences, and use their feedback to sharpen the quality of who you bring in
- Coordinate with the COO on onboarding: share creator context and needs, keep timelines moving, and flag blockers before they become friction
