Reports To: Maintenance Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment.
• Assist with mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups.
• Load/unload tools and materials daily.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Keep work areas clean and presentable.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Landscaping or lawn care experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Dependable and punctual.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
• Work in hot, cold, or wet conditions.

• Adherence to safety guidelines.
