Reports To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise crew members during daily maintenance operations.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and pruning tools.
• Perform and oversee mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanups.
• Conduct daily safety checks and enforce safety policies.
• Communicate with clients on-site to address concerns or requests.
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and completed on schedule.
• Track crew hours, materials used, and job completion in Jobber.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of landscape maintenance experience; prior leadership preferred.
• Strong plant and turf knowledge.
• Ability to train and motivate team members.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Work in varying weather conditions.
• Stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods.

• On-time completion percentage.
• Crew productivity rate.
• Safety record (zero preventable incidents).
