Reports To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train crew members in proper planting and hardscape installation techniques.
• Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment.
• Operate and maintain skid steers, compactors, and other tools.
• Communicate with clients and managers about project progress.
• Ensure job site safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of landscape installation experience.
• Knowledge of plant material, grading, drainage, and irrigation basics.
• Ability to lead a crew and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.
• Work in all outdoor conditions.

Performance Metrics:

• Project completion on schedule and budget.
• Quality ratings and client satisfaction.
• Crew productivity and safety record.
