Description

Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, The Customer Care Representative (“CCR”) facilitates the resident registration flow, including such activities as obtaining identification; gathering demographic information; securing accurate financial information; obtaining required signatures and documents; and entering registration data into the customer database. The CCR is also responsible for managing phone calls. Schedules appointments and directs Customers to the correct departments.

This is a dynamic position that will allow the CCR to assist customers in many different ways and by utilizing many personal and professional skills.

 

Responsibilities

·       Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

·       Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

·       Communicating with customers through various channels.

·       Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns utilizing the company tools and technology.

·       Knowing our policies and procedures inside and out so that you can answer questions.

·       Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

·       Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.

·       Conducting outbound calls including but not limited to, collections, sales, appointment setting.

·       Updating records in our systems (Rent Manager, SharePoint, etc.).

·       Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

·       Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

·       Collaborate with RM, MT, or contractor to conduct the gathering of pictures monthly for the community 360 inspections.

o  Update in our system for RM to submit notices for compliance.

Qualifications

·       High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       Track record of delivering both individual and team results

·       Experience in real estate, property management, or manufactured home communities preferred

·       Ability to solve problems and innovate when needed

·       Ability to learn and apply new information quickly and consistently

·       Recover quickly from setbacks

 The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, reach, perform repetitive motions, sit, stand, move about, hear, and speak. · Employee is required to perform extensive work at a computer display terminal. · The employee must occasionally lift and/or move 25 to 50 pounds. · Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary

$15 - $17 per hour
