Position Details

• Location: Colorado Springs, CO
• Role: Lead Gutter Installer
• Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) with overtime opportunities

Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced leader who has:

• At least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience.
• At least 2 years of prior gutter installation experience.
• A positive attitude and strong communication/customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• The ability to give and follow directions effectively.
• A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
• An interest in growing with the company and contributing to a supportive work culture.

Additional requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead gutter installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving on the job.
• Supervise and direct team members, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
