Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, optimization, and automation across internal operational platforms. This role ensures the reliability of data synchronization, CSP integration, and system efficiency through proactive maintenance and workflow development. Must have between 2 - 5 years of IT or System Administration Experience.

Key Responsibilities

·        Configure, deploy, and maintain MSP operational platforms and integrations.

·        Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the RMM platform, including scripting, automation development, monitoring policies, and patch management.

·        Manage RMM integrations with PSA, documentation, BCDR, and CSP systems to ensure cross-platform reliability.

·        Develop, test, and implement automation workflows to streamline service delivery and operational processes.

·        Oversee CSP integrations for Microsoft 365 licensing, provisioning, and identity synchronization.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system issues, API failures, and automation or synchronization errors.

·        Maintain integration documentation, configuration standards, and version histories.

·        Coordinate with vendors and leadership on platform improvements, feature releases, and escalated issues.

·        Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term corrective actions.

·        Review and enforce configuration and automation standards across systems.

·        Lead internal testing, validation, and rollout of new automation policies, scripts, and platform features.

·        Provide escalation support and mentorship to L1 Engineers, validating configurations and troubleshooting complex requests.

·        Escalate infrastructure- or network-related dependencies to the appropriate MSOPS or Centralized Services resource.

·        Ensure all tickets and changes are fully documented within the PSA, including analysis, resolution steps, and follow-up actions.

·        Conduct semi-annual and annual firewall reviews and maintenance.
