Assist the General Manager with new membership sales. The Sales Associate also assists with current members, class check-ins. Fitness experience, knowledge or background is preferred.
Description
Responsibilities
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individuals needs and wants
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
- Support efforts in maintaining a clean, safe studio
Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
Salary
$16 - $20 per hour
